Are you ready to dive into the world of healthy relationships, communication, and consent? You might be feeling both excited and nervous about exploring new connections and understanding boundaries. Not to mention, figuring out how to approach or deepen relationships can be very confusing. We know that whether it’s friends, family, colleagues, or intimate partners, having healthy relationships takes practice and requires its own set of skills. You are not alone if you feel unsure or awkward! With new environments, new people, and new experiences awaiting you, we want you to feel ready to support yourself and others in making great memories. In this keynote with Pleasure and Relationships Educator, Luna Matatas, we’ll explore the challenges and rewards of building healthy relationships. Together, we’ll identify tools for communication and navigating consent, learn about boundaries and making new connections, unpack rejection and shame, and focus on building self-acceptance through a culture of consent.

About Luna Matatas

Luna Matatas is a Pleasure and Relationships Educator with over 15 years of experience teaching workshops. Luna loves teaching workshops that help people navigate shame, learn consent and explore healthy relationships. She teaches her audiences how to get to know their bodies, understand consent and communicate interpersonally. Luna has worked internationally and globally to empower youth with self-esteem, empathy for others, and body acceptance. She has taught workshops at universities and colleges across Canada and the US, including University of Toronto, York University, and Columbia University.
