Jan. 28 – Apr. 1: Building Community Through Movement and Words at UTM

Let’s move together! Join us at UTM for three in-person sessions where participants will engage in expressive arts activities. Participants will work on their own and in a group setting where they will express themselves using movement, sound and writing. Different sessions will focus on attunement to their inner self and grounding techniques. This is an opportunity for creativity and play!

These sessions will all be one hour, and are open to students, staff, and faculty at UTM. Registration is required.
