Join us for this restorative and reflective virtual yoga session with facilitator Keke Chambers. This session is open to all members of the UofT community, but will focus on the needs of racialized survivors.
We’re hosting this session as a part of Healing Through the Intersections, an annual educational event held in October that focuses on honouring and creating space for intersectional experiences of sexual violence and sexual harassment and healing.

About Keke Chambers
Keke, formally known as Keonna Chambers, is a Certified Trauma-Informed Facilitator, CBT-Mindfulness Facilitator and 300HR Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor in Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha. As well as a Certified Sound-Bath Meditation Facilitator and Reiki Energy Practitioner. She is a now retired professional dancer and infuses her love of movement into her teachings through play-like exploration of what the body is capable of. She has been immersed in the world of yoga from a very young age and has a deep understanding towards ancient yoga philosophy, Buddhist teachings and the power of healing through sound and energy. She aims to live by example of what it means to walk on the path of enlightenment and has dedicated herself to being of service within the community. Her goal as an instructor and facilitator is to provide accessible ways for us to feel good in our bodies while bringing ourselves back into a space of peace and tranquility.
