What Will We Create Together?
A University where consent is understood and respected.
The Sexual Violence Prevention & Support Centre (SVPS Centre) supports students, staff, faculty, and librarians who have been affected by sexual violence or sexual harassment. With survivors, allies, and a network of anti-violence advocates, we co-create safer paths toward healing, preventative campus practices, and a more just world.

Join us at an Open House
The SVPS Centre is proud to have an in-person office on all three UofT campuses. All community members are invited to explore the SVPS Centre space, pick-up new print resources from our Create Together campaign, and learn more about our work at these Fall 2024 Open House events. Snacks will be provided!
These are drop-in events, but we are inviting participants to register in-advance for reminders. Please feel free to invite your colleagues and classmates along!
Build a foundation of care on campus by sharing an affirmation with survivors of sexual violence.
We’re building an in-person and virtual Care Wall to share messages of support and hope. Submit your message of care for survivors of sexual violence and harassment, and we’ll add it to this public art project when it is launched.
Learn more about healthy relationships and the supportive campus environments that nurture them by inviting us to your office, classroom, or group meeting.
The SVPS Centre works together with the U of T community to support positive and meaningful connections between community members. We assist survivors by connecting them to the supports they need most, including support with academic accommodations, navigating a move to a new residence, connections to affordable counseling, and drop-in programing.
Fill-out our request form to have us join your next lecture, team meeting, or club event. We can do a quick 5-minute introduction to our work, or a full 2-hour training, depending on your needs.
Build a map towards healing by sharing our virtual and print Create Together resources.
Together, we can create communities where everyone understands how to best support each other, and can move through their environments free from harm. Share these resources resources within your corner of campus to spread awareness about sexual violence prevention and available resources. The postcard and poster files are print-ready files that can be sent to your preferred vendor.
