24/7 Crisis Support Lines

You are not alone. See below for numerous provincial, country-wide, and local 24/7 crisis support lines that can assist individuals feeling distressed, overwhelmed, unsure, or in need of immediate help.

Many of these phonelines offer trauma-informed services focused on crisis intervention, timely counselling, safety, and the provision of resources suited to clients’ personal situations. Please note that some of the organizations listed here specialize in responding to sexual violence, delivering peer support, or assisting specific groups.
